Fitness
is the main ingredient in the recipe of my life. I wanted
to be a bodybuilder since I was an eight-year old kid back
in Barbados. But it wasnt until high school when my
basketball coach let me use his dumbbells that I started this
physical journey to change my body. I now train about five
times per week. I try not to miss a workout. I also work full-time
and go to college, so I must spend my time as efficiently
as possible. My favorite thing to do outside of the gym is
to play video games. I find it to be very relaxing. I also
love to cook, because I love to eat. I am very happy to be
one of the newest City Gym Boys. I know that I have a lot
of work ahead of me, but Im definitely ready for the
challenge. It is a real blessing to be doing something that
you really love to do and to be surrounded by guys who share
the same interest. One love and twenty-five crunches.
