My life has always involved some kind of physical activity. Being physically and mentally fit is the only way I know to be me. And I thank God for making me this way. Physical activities bring a lot of joy to my life. Bodybuilding is my sport and my love. Going to the gym is something that I look forward to. Just like some people look forward to going shopping or playing video games, I train four to five times every week. Each workout is about ninety minutes. I like to workout only one major muscle group per workout. This allows me to focus on that particular muscle group. I am not a big eater. I am constantly trying to eat more and more because I would still like to gain more muscles. My favorite foods are rice, black beans, chicken breast and bananas. I believe that the secret to having a good physique lies in the intensity of your workouts. You must take your body to its limit every rep of your workout. We are all different. We have different life-styles. But with the same level of intensity in the gym, we can all take our bodies to their genetic potential. Remember, nothing good comes easy. One love.
