Creating or maintaining a good physique is definitely a challenge for most people including me. I grew up in a culture where food is very important and where being a little over weight might be viewed as living the good life. But I never wanted to believe that, so I knew if I was going to keep eating the good food and drinks, then I had to commit myself to the gym and that’s what I did. I’ve been going to the gym consistently for the past six years. I workout about five days a week. I do a combination of weight training and cardio. I also try to get my eight hours of sleep. Sleep is very important in changing the body. If you want to live a long healthy life, you must pay attention to your diet as well. You only have one body, don’t abuse it, move it!
